Mergers & Acquisitions
Many employees find themselves dealing with change due to a company merger or an acquisition. By comparing and contrasting responses, individuals are better able to explore their options and move forward with confidence. Focus Point's new response format includes sixty descriptive phrases. Respondents rate the phrases using a five-point scale, ranging from "very accurate" to "very inaccurate," in this situation. This format provides more in-depth, personalized feedback to help individuals:
