The Personal Learning Insights Profile is a unique resource that helps learners and facilitators gain insight into individual approaches to learning. It helps people identify and understand how they experience, process, organize, store and retrieve information. The Personal Learning Insights Profile provides a valid, reliable framework for exploring three important aspects of cognitive learning: See Learning Brochure

	Learning Purpose: Do you enjoy learning when you can use new information to address immediate needs, or do you enjoy learning for the sake of learning?
	Learning Structure: Do you want information presented in an organized framework, or do you want to organize the information yourself?
	Learning Activity: Do you like group learning experiences, or do you prefer to learn independently?

Through personalized feedback on preferred learning purpose, learning structure, and learning activity, individuals and facilitators are better prepared to seek out and develop effective resources and strategies to capitalize on formal and informal learning opportunities.

The Personal Learning Insights Profile can be used as the focus of "learn how to learn" initiatives, or can be integrated into a variety of programs, from personal development to conflict resolution, to train-the-trainer.
